Industrial Agents

A registered industrial agent is a practitioner who has been registered by the Registrar of the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) under section 97J of the Industrial Relations Act 1979 (WA).

Industrial agents carry on businesses providing industrial advocacy services and may represent parties before this Court.
